PDF2Office SE for iWork For Mac

PDF2Office SE for iWork is a useful and intuitive application specially designed to convert PDF files to editable iWork formats with just a couple of mouse clicks.

Thanks to PDF2Office SE for iWork, you can easily convert various PDF documents and reuse the contained data in Apple’s Pages, Numbers or Keynote. From PDF2Office SE for iWork’s main window you can set the file or folder path of the PDF document or documents you want to convert.

The top toolbar helps you add the source files and quickly convert to Pages, Keynote or Numbers file format. You can enable or disable the iOS format and access the preferences window. If you need more control over the conversion process you can access the Advanced Settings panel after selecting the desired output format.

The Advanced Settings panel enables you to include borders and shadings when converting to the Numbers format and include graphics and PDF metadata in the output file. On top of that, you can configure PDF2Office SE for iWork  to convert each page into a separate worksheet when converting to the Numbers format and convert PDF page transitions to Keynote page transitions as well.

What is more, you can choose between PNG and JPEG format for the Image conversion and set the compression rate to Least, Medium or Best. You can even define font substitutions for all unmapped fonts.

When you are happy with your conversion settings you can set the destination folder path and initiate the conversion process. The selected PDF document or all the PDFs contained by the source folder will be quickly analyzed and converted to the desired format in just a couple of seconds. However, the duration of the conversion process might vary significantly according to the size and complexity of the source file.
