Order Manager For Mac

Order Manager is a Mac OS X application that provides a simple point of sale system alternative. The app features an intuitive user interface, is suitable for small-sized restaurants or other shops and can even generate a great looking receipt for your customers.

Once you open Order Manager, you will be able to work with 3 major elements: the order table, the item menu and the order details. In the orders table, you can create a new order entry by specifying the table number, notes, total money, printed and paid status and the order time.

Other options include searching for orders based on the table number, splitting an order and parking an order as ‘paid’. In the menu pane, you can browse the preconfigured list of products, such as coffee, tea and other drinks. Each drink is organized into categories and you can even check the price of each.

When you create an order at a table, the details will automatically fill up. In the lower right part of the GUI, you can view the ordered items, prices of each and whether they were paid for or not. The total expense can be viewed at the bottom of the main window.

Another major benefit of using Order Manager is that it can generate elegant receipts that you can show to your customers. Each receipt includes the order time, table number, the ordered products, total expense, additional notes and more.

In short, the Order Manager app can come in handy to all small restaurants and cafes that want to manage their orders. Although it looks intuitive and useful, the price might be a bit too high for most users.
