iSoundStudio For Mac

iSoundStudio is a lightweight and user-friendly sound recorder and an audio editor that provides basic audio editing tools.

Thanks to iSoundStudio you can easily and effortlessly record sound using your Mac’s built-in microphone and mix up to four different audio tracks into one file. From iSoundStudio’s main window you have quick and easy access to copy, cut, fade in and face out tools.

The top toolbar helps you create a new file, load existing video or audio files and remove tracks from your composition. iSoundStudio comes with support for a wide variety of video and audio files such as MOV, FLV, MP4, 3GP, WMV, ASF, AVI, SWF, MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, AIFF, APE and more.

What is more, iSoundStudio is capable to extract the audio from your video tracks and export it to MP3, M4A, WMA and WAV audio file. By using the copy, cut and paste tools you can edit, move and replace different sections of the loaded or recorded audio.

Moreover, iSoundStudio automatically generates an audio waveform for all loaded tracks and enables you to accurately perform your editing directly on the desired audio track. Thus, you can easily fade in or out a track and adjust the volume of each individual track.

The Control Panel helps you browse the waveform of all loaded audio tracks, adjust the microphone volume, play and pause your mix and change the overall sound volume. Unfortunately, iSoundStudio does not feature a fast forward or rewind key and you cannot switch from the built-in microphone to an external one.

All things considered, iSoundStudio is a basic audio editing application that enables inexperienced Mac users to record, edit and save their audio recordings to the desired format.
