TapNTempo For Mac

TapNTempo is a well-designed and very easy-to-use metronome that can help you keep a steady tempo as you play your favorite musical instrument.

TapNTempo comes with a user-friendly interface from which you can easily customize the played sounds, take advantage of the real-time tempo tapping feature and use the beat and division capabilities.

At the top of TapNTempo’s main window you can view the needle that shows you on what beat you are one. The tempo selector helps you choose the desired tempo from 20 up to 400 BPM, all values are accompanied by an Italian description displayed on the right side.

The Beat helps you select a measure and hear an accent to downbeat on every measure. Thanks to the Division feature you can subdivide each beat into multiple parts and select the divisions you want to hear.

You can manually tap using your mouse button or return key and read out your tempo in real time. You can also mute TapNTempo and use the Big display to view the tempo.

TapNTempo allows you to choose between a click or a customizable pitch sound. You can adjust the accent and sound of the pitch along with the sound volume. All values can be easily reset by simply clicking on the “Reset” button.

By accessing the Audio Preferences window, you can set the output drive and select the input and source device along with the output destination. The keyboard shortcuts are the best thing about TapNTempo. You can use the pre-defined hotkeys along with the left and right arrow keys to adjust the tempo, beat, division, sound color and volume.  On top of that, you can mute TapNTempo or reset all values.
