SwarShala Pro For Mac

SwarShala Pro is a handy multi-platform educational application that makes it easy for you to learn, practice and compose Indian classical music.

SwarShala Pro comes with a thematic interface that offers you access to the three modules incorporated by the app. As mentioned above, each module has it own purpose and, as a result, you can access the Learn, Practice or Compose tabs to learn, practice or compose classical Indian music.

The Learn section offers you a basic understanding of Hindusthani and Carnatic classical music, the introductory part helps you understand the concepts of Raga, Tala, Swaras, as well as numerous facts related to this art form.

The learning sessions are accompanied by animations, sound clips and presentations that will make the learning process easier.

Thanks to the Practice tab, you can create fully customized practice session using the preferred instruments, tempo, pitch, cycles and acceleration settings. Moreover, you can create and use multiple sessions in different parts.

Beginner as well as experienced composers will be happy to know that SwarShala Pro offers the required tools to create tracks with popular Indian instruments. Thanks to the Tracks view, you can sequence rhythmic and melodic components in order to create long tracks that you can easily output as WAVE, AIFF or MIDI files.

If you are not familiar with the western notation system you can effortlessly switch to the standard Piano Roll View with just a click of a mouse button. The top toolbar helps you create, open and save your compositions, export your work to audio files or print it with ease.

By accessing the Tracks menu, you can add or remove tracks, set loop ranges and adjust the properties while the Components menu enables you to insert, delete or remove an element.
