Scrollume For Mac

Scrollume is a lightweight application that aims to make it as simple as possible to modify your Mac’s system sound level, without having to resort to multimedia keys or enable the status bar volume control icon.

Once you have installed the app, all you need to do is move your cursor to the top of the screen and scroll up or down to increase or decrease system volume. This action is effective regardless of the type of content being displayed and even works when playing games or using applications in full-screen mode.
