British luxury fashion house Burberry has teamed up with Apple to use iPhone 5s to capture and share photos and video of the runway show in London on Monday, September 16.

According to a press release put out by Apple, “Using the all-new iSight camera on iPhone 5s, Burberry is shooting high quality photos and video for runway and beauty looks, product details, and backstage moments.”

Both parties benefit from this partnership, as both Apple and Burberry are internationally known companies. Burberry is raising awareness for iPhone 5s, while Apple is raising awareness for Burberry’s 2014 womenswear. A no-brainer.

Christopher Bailey, Burberry chief creative officer, says his company and Apple have a mutual passion for aesthetics, as well as for “unlocking emotive experiences through technology, which has made it intensely exciting to explore the capabilities of iPhone 5s.”
