Digital photography application Hipstamatic has been updated with new black and white camera cases, and the ability to shoot layered images with the Multi-Exposure Kit.

Synthetic Corp today released Hipstamatic 260, an update to their popular analog camera application for iPhone and iPad.

The new app lets you snap layered images with the Multi-Exposure Kit (available in HipstaMart), adds new black and white camera cases, and features native support for the all-new iPhone 5 with its 4-inch Retina display.

Other enhancements include the improved Flash Slider (with easier access to soft and hard flash), revamped Prints and Stacks view with support for portrait and landscape orientations, and the usual bug fixes and performance improvements.

Some features will only work on iOS 6, Synthetic Corp says.

Hipstamatic only requires iOS 5.0 or later and works with iPhone, iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation) and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G.
