US-based iPhone owners using AT&T’s airwaves are incurring an error message stating, “Inbox is full,” to which Apple has resolution.

A Support document on Apple’s web site describes an inconvenient error message reportedly experienced by AT&T customers using iPhones, and the Cupertino giant is rushing with a fix.

The “Inbox is full” message may appear on your iPhone when you attempt to check voicemail, Apple says. To fix this, “verify that you are deleting messages saved on the AT&T voicemail server instead of those saved on your iPhone.”

To do that, “Listen to and delete the recent voicemail messages on your iPhone,” says Apple. It’s not exactly crystal, I’ll agree, but there you have it.

As a second step, Apple also encourages customers to go ahead and call their AT&T voicemail by pressing and holding 1 or by dialing their own phone number, “then listen to and delete the messages directly from the AT&T voicemail server,” reads the guide.
