14 DAY TRIAL // Azureus Software is out with a new beta release of Vuze 5.2.0.1 for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux, addressing some reported issues with the BitTorrent client, while adding a new feature too.
Available immediately for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux computers, Vuze 5.2.0.1 Beta 19 adds a right-click menu for users who want to delete a tracker directly from tracker sources.
An issue is also addressed in this release: “Fixed json meta search single result parse error borking entire result set,” according to the changelog.
As usual, Vuze requires Java 1.6 or later installed on the user’s computer in order to run. If you’re running Vuze for the first time, you’ll notice that the interface is packed with ads. If you don’t like that, you can always try alternatives like Transmission and uTorrent.
