14 DAY TRIAL // Verizon today released FiOS Mobile 2.2, an update to the company’s entertainment app which offers access to select free and subscription TV content.
Version 2.2 first and foremost is much more stable, according to the developers. It also comes with improved TV Listing scrolling, fixed Remote Control connectivity, and improved Set Top Box discovery and connectivity.
Login performance and startup time have been improved as well, while all login failures (Error Code 17) should be gone now.
Verizon says, “Please continue to use the in-app email feedback feature (found in the Help menu) to send us any issues or feedback you may have. Many of the fixes in this release were due to customer-reported issues, so we really appreciate and value your input in making FiOS Mobile a better product.”
Download Verizon FiOS Mobile on any iDevice with iOS 5.1 installed. The app is supported only in English and is free to download and use with a Verizon FiOS TV subscription.
