14 DAY TRIAL // Vendetta Online, the 3D MMORPG set in outer space, has been released on the iOS App Store with a $0.99 / €0.76 price tag following an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign.
Upon launching their Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in January, Guild Software, Inc. noted that the vast majority of the proceedings would go towards gameplay enhancements.
That is, the money wasn’t entirely necessary to develop and launch the game. Your purchase includes a free month of access, after which subscription options start at $1 / €0.77 per month.
Vendetta Online delivers fast-paced, real-time “twitch” style combat combined with the backdrop of RPG gameplay. All users on all platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS etc.) play within the same galaxy, with seamless transition.
The iOS version of Vendetta Online is “a very hardware-intensive game,” according to the developers. Which is why Guild Software recommends that you play it with all other apps closed. You’ll also need roughly 750MB of free disk space to install it.
