Those of you loving what the App Store has to offer but hating the iOS touch-based input can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Kickstarter is featuring this awesome device called the Bladepad, a detachable iPhone gamepad that already has the entire tech media drooling.

As the image above shows, the Bladepad features dual-analog sticks and full console controller button layout: D-pad, ABXY buttons, Start, Select, L1, L2, R1, R2. Think of it as the Xbox 360’s controller in a different form factor.

There’s more. It’s got full back-lighting on the D-pad, analogs sticks, and ABXY buttons, that can be turned on or off during gameplay, and comes with a premium enclosure for your iPhone which features a smooth back.

It connects via Bluetooth 4.0 and has a Micro USB charging port. The Dual Charging Cable ships inside the box, allowing you to charge both your iPhone and Bladepad at the same time. This thing is going to reach its pledged goal in no time!
