14 DAY TRIAL // Shazam Entertainment has released version 7.2.0 of its music discovery app for iPhone and iPad customers, adding the ability to “connect with Rdio to listen to your Shazam tracks as an Rdio playlist.”
Tags shared by email now include larger cover art for tracks and links, while TV results from News are properly displayed now, thanks to a few code corrections under the hood.
The update further restores YouTube video playback for iPad users having a bad experience with older builds of Shazam, while iPhone 4 users complaining about “disappearing navigation on Explore screen” should also be pleased.
For those of you who haven’t heard of Shazam, this brilliant app recognizes music and media playing around you and tells you what it is with a tap of the screen.
