Double Eleven Ltd. has released Mac-compatible versions of PixelJunk Shooter and PixelJunk Monsters, selling the titles for $8.99 / €7.99 each.

In PixelJunk Shooter players pilot a craft through a range of caverns with the mission to save some trapped scientists.

The PixelJunk Monsters installment features Tikiman the Forest Defender, who is facing hordes of monsters sweeping through his realm, looking to eat his offspring. Your mission is to defend them.

Shooter requires a minimum 2GB of RAM on a Snow Leopard Mac with a 2.5 Ghz quad-core processor, Intel HD Graphics 4000 or better, 250 MB of free disk space and an XAudio 2-Compatible Sound Card.

For Monsters, you need pretty much the same specs, but lower will also do: 1.5Gz dual-core processor and Intel HD Graphics 3000 with 256MB VRAM. This one, however, takes up a little more space on your drive: 650 MB.
