iOS developer Tryaskine has released a new Twitter client for iPhone and iPod touch users promising to offer a clean experience with no unnecessary buttons, just plenty of content with constant refreshing.

Tweetie is codenamed “Michelle,” but I’m not going to fill your head with unnecessary observations.

What you need to know is that Michelle (or Tweetie, whichever you prefer) is a free download and promises to give you a clutter-free Twitter experience on your iOS device.

This includes automatic updates (no pull-to-refresh), animations, and a flat design. Looks like we’re already starting to see some iOS 7-friendly apps crop up on iTunes.

Also noteworthy, Michelle offers picture previews in tweets (including Instagram shots), and offers a simple conversation view and fast switching between accounts. The app used to be paid, but now it’s free. Go ahead and try it out.
