14 DAY TRIAL // Gaijin Entertainment has released Blades of Time, a dynamic action game with an solid plot, in the Mac App Store. The game has already seen its PS3 and PC release, and it’s amassed quite a bit of praise. If not for the deep combat system, fighting, shooting and magic, then for the stunningly beautiful Ayumi.
In fact, the first key feature noted in the game’s description is “Charming main heroine and breathtaking plot.”
Indeed, the story does grasp you if you’re into mystical stuff, and the dynamic action and Time Rewind ability only make the gameplay even better.
You can also fight with your bear fists, and perform magic. There are different environmental puzzles and traps reminiscent of Tomb Raider and the God of War series. Game locations include Brutal Lands, Sky Islands, Jungles, Ancient Cities, Temples, if it offers any incentive to try it out.
The game requires OS X 10.7 Lion and around 4 gigs of storage space.
