ZipCourt has hired Chris Kyriacou, Apple's former litigation counsel, as Vice President of Judicial Affairs.

ZipCourt said today that it needed someone to ensure that the company’s online process adhered to rigorous legal standards and provided an extraordinary customer experience through ease of use and fast, efficient outcomes.

That someone was Mr. Kyriacou, who believes that "ZipCourt has the right combination of superlative design and cutting edge legal thinking."

"I look forward to bringing a next generation legal solution to the government entities, corporations, and individuals that are looking for a low cost alternative to traditional litigation, and which can be used for disputes of all types," said Kyriacou.

Craig Harding, chief executive of ZipCourt, trusts that their new legal advisor will serve them well based on his prior experience with the Cupertino computer giant.

Prior to Apple, Chris was a senior associate for intellectual property litigation at Howrey LLP.
