Debuted on Apple computers in 1984, Karateka was an instant hit. I think you’ll find the outdated graphics and simplistic combat system just as appealing as the first players did.
One thing I’m surprised at is the price: $0.99/€0.89. You’d think that the $1.99/€1,59 remake would be enough to milk this IP for all it's worth. For such a nostalgic title, it’s really a shame that Karateka LLC decided to slap a price on the classic port.
Karateka Classic requires iOS 4.3 and is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad. The app runs natively on all devices.
