Google is offering an updated version of its Play Music app for iOS customers, including an iPad-native build for the first time. Google Play Music version 2.0.3828 has a Material Design going on.

The first official iPad version of Google Play Music is also the newest version, which carries the new Material Design interface with new artist and album pages, carefully crafted descriptions, an all-new playback tool, and the usual trimming around the sides for an overall better visual experience.

Google says streaming and automatic caching has been improved to make playback more reliable, as well as faster. To use Google Play Music on your Apple device, all you need is iOS 7.0.

Google Play Music lets you store all your tunes up in the cloud with the ability to listen to the music on any device, even in a web browser. Unlimited (paid) benefits include listening to an infinite number of songs, creating custom radio stations from any song, artist or album, enjoying radio without skip limits, getting smart recommendations based on what you like, and enjoying handcrafted playlists by expert curators. Standard subscriptions allow 20,000 song uploads.

Download the new Google Play Music for iOS today and experience the improved version on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.
