The package includes the iPhone 4S Transparent Rear Glass Panel, the Liberation Kit (which lets you replace the pentalobe screws), the Thirsty Bag (which enables you to dry off your phone of it somehow got wet) and last, but not least, a Screen Protector.
The teardown experts note that only iPhone 4S owners are supported and that it works the same with both white and black models. An equivalent product for the iPhone 4 is available as well.
