New stable update released for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux

Dropbox Inc. is out with a new stable build of its cloud application for Mac, Windows, and Linux. The release surprisingly comes without a changelog.

Dropbox 2.6.15 is the newest stable version of the Dropbox client for all supported desktop platforms (which excludes mobiles). It’s meant to be downloaded by everyone because it hasn’t been labeled as Experimental (Beta). However, the update arrives without a proper set of release notes.

In other words, it’s up to you to notice whatever changes have been made in this release. You should expect this version to be more reliable in terms of stability and performance, but there’s no guarantee that it’s bug-free.
