iTunes 11.0.4 is out for Mac and Windows with a couple of fixes. For users experiencing login trouble in the iTunes Store, this update is a godsend.

According to the release notes published by Apple on Wednesday, “This update fixes a problem that may cause iTunes to quit if you switch between wired and wireless syncing and addresses an issue that may require you to log into the iTunes Store repeatedly.”

The same changelog also mentions some key features added in iTunes 11 a few months ago, including the new MiniPlayer.

On the Mac you need OS X version 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) or later to run the app, while Windows customers need XP Service Pack 2 or later.
