algoriddim has released an updated djay client for Mac users adding support for the new Reloop Beatpad DJ controller. The update is free for all existing users.

In case you didn’t know, yes, algoriddim does sell a desktop version of its uber-cool djay application, and it’s just as popular on Macs as it is on iPhone and iPad. A new version is available today, and I entice everyone who uses the DJ-ing app to grab the update and install it as soon as possible.

algoriddim says djay 4.2.2 adds support for the new Reloop Beatpad DJ controller, and improves meta-data sync via iCloud (including cue points, BPM, and more).

djay costs 20 bucks to own (around €15), but you can test its features in trial version for 10 days with 30 minutes per session. Even after the 10-day trial period is reached, you can still run djay for 15 minutes per session.
