One of the best puzzlers ever released for Mac, Windows, tablets and smartphones, World of Goo is an enchanting experience involving millions of Goo Balls who are curious to explore but don't know that they are in a game.
The game has received a gazillion awards, and it’s safe to say that you won’t regret downloading it, especially now that it’s free. The developers caution players that World of Goo HD “is a big game and requires either an iPad, or iPhone 3GS or newer, or a 3rd gen iPod Touch or newer,” and that you’ll need a WiFi connection to download it.
In reality, the game is not that big (just shy of 100MB), but 2D Boy wrote that description when the App Store held a fraction of the titles it hosts today. iOS games exceeding 1GB were unheard of at that time.
