VueScan 9.3.03, the latest version of Hamrick Software’s cross-platform scanning application, was released today for Mac, Windows, and Linux with support for 19 Epson devices.
VueScan is quite a useful scanning utility which offers support for thousands of scanners on all platforms, and its developer (Mr. Hamrick) updates the app on a regular basis.
The most recent update is version 9.3.03, which brings small improvements to the user interface, as well as support for an additional 19 Epson scanners.
As noted by Hamrick, these scanners are: EP-706A, EP-776A, EP-806A, EP-906F, EP-976A3, PX-M5040F, PX-M5041F, PX-M740F, PX-M741F, WF-3620, WF-3640, WF-7610, WF-7620, WF-3620, XP-510, XP-610, XP-710, XP-810, XP-950.
VueScan is not cheap ($39.95 / €29.58) but if you scan things on a regular basis, it’s a must-have tool.
