14 DAY TRIAL // In the midst of all the news concerning Tumblr and Yahoo today, other details have gone unnoticed, such as Tumblr’s new update for its iOS app.
The company released a small update to their app for iPhone and iPad with the version 3.3.2.
According to the change log, the update brings a “fancy new post type chooser,” which means you can opt for one of the multiple types of posts you can add to the platform.
App attribution is also available for each post, which means that all the posts you make from your phone or tablet will mention this fact.
Tumblr’s iOS app was launched last December as the company tries to increase its visibility on the mobile universe. The app lets users post photos, videos, quotes, links and text online for all followers to see and respond to.
