14 DAY TRIAL // The developer couple at Imangi Studios has cooked up a fresh new update for fans of its endless runner, Temple Run 2, adding a new setting with a “treacherous new terrain,” more obstacles (as if there weren’t enough), and more.
Temple Run 2 version 1.2 is out for iPhone and iPad users bringing a new location called “The Narrows,” which Imangi describes as “a treacherous new terrain” with spinning saw blades, and a path that can crumble to the abyss at any time, right before your eyes.
Players also get to redeem more free coins and gems under Free Stuff in the menu.
Some bug fixes are included too. The update addresses a crash involving the skip button, as well as many other small bugs.
The developers thank fans from the bottom of their hearts “for making Temple Run one of the Top 25 most downloaded apps of all time.”
