14 DAY TRIAL // VeeApps has released Speedtest X, a new version of the company’s free application for measuring the network speed of your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.
iDevice owners can employ Speedtest X to evaluate their EDGE, 3G, and Wi-Fi network connections to get accurate speed test results.
On iPhone and iPad, version 5.4.4 delivers adjustments to ping, and the ability to swipe to delete history results.
For iPhone and iPod touch, the new Speedtest X updates the results history, adds the ability to share results from history to Facebook, Twitter or Email, and lets you set connection label for identifying results.
The latter has been a highly request feature, according to the developers. VeeApps says the label will appear next to the time taken, and that it must be set before you kick off your speed test.
