Skype 6.9.0.513 for Mac offers a choice between sharing your whole screen or a specific window (during screen sharing), includes support for three additional languages (Swedish, Finnish, and European Portuguese), and brings toolbar search field improvements. Phone numbers for Mac contacts are now available in a list.
The update further includes improvements for the mouse cursor, which renders as a hand over links, as well as a fix for a bug causing the name field to overlap mood messages. Additionally, chat messages should now display properly.
Skype 6.9.0.513 is a free download for all Mac users. It requires a 1GHz Intel processor and 100 MB of free disk space.
