Expanded publishing support, improved upload manager, and more

Telestream Inc. has released an updated version of its screen-casting application for Mac OS X. Available as a free download for all existing users, ScreenFlow 4.5 is packed to the rafters with enhancements.

Users who install the new update get options to publish to Google Drive, Dropbox and Facebook, an improved Upload Manager which facilitates asynchronous uploads in the background, and a brand-new New Wipe Transition Pack (available via a not-too-cheap in-app purchase).

Managing transitions and marking favorites is easier, while the Video & Audio filter popover now includes a search bar. A 60 frames-per-second option has been added to the Pro-Res export. H.264 gets a 25 FPS option. A bug causing edits to get lost on OS X Mavericks is also addressed.

The full changelog is a mile long, but I suggest you skim through it if you’re an avid user of the screen-casting software. Download ScreenFlow 4.5 for free at the provided link, or hit the Buy Now button if you’re looking to grab a license. A trial version is also available.
