14 DAY TRIAL // Titanium Software’s powerful maintenance utility for Macs, OnyX, has been promoted to version 2.6.8 (currently in beta). The new version adds improvements to the mechanism handling Internet Cache deleting.
Besides improving the deleting of Internet caches, OnyX 2.6.8 Beta 2 corrects a bug in the authenticate pane, and improves the scripts pane as well as the help menu (which also got reindexed).
Several new options have been added, including one to show the Displays Extras menu with resolutions; one to show/hide shadow in window captures; another one to show/hide the Reminders Debug menu; and another one to show/hide the Photo Booth Debug menu.
You can also lock/unlock the screen of automatically logged in user and show the dark menu bar in fullscreen mode. The latest version of the software requires OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
