14 DAY TRIAL // America’s popular TV network Netflix has pushed out an update to the iOS customer base in order to deliver improvements to the playback experience on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad devices.
Netflix states, “We are always improving the app so it’s easier and better to use,” and proceeds to tell customers what to expect in the new iOS application.
The update was mainly released with the sole purpose of improving playback. According to the changelog, Netflix 3.1 delivers “Many improvements throughout the app that make the playback better.”
Additionally, the update brings a number of bug fixes for some minor issues with the app.
Netflix is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. It requires iOS 5.0 or later.
