GraphicConverter users who’ve upgraded to Mavericks should consider installing the latest version of Lemke’s powerful imaging software.

GraphicConverter 8.8.2 adds creation of .xmp sidecar files for .mov, .avi, and .mp4 files types, allows users to employ Caps-Lock to toggle antialiasing, and includes an option to invert TIFFs with bad photometric interpretation.

IPTC editing now keeps all old 8BIM records, and a function to "Extract preview from resource" has been added (to convert and modify images). An option to remove Bad Pixel batch has been added as well.

Some existing features have been updated. For example, a caption display has been added to the browser list view. The grayscale histogram display is improved, and countless bug fixes are incorporated, including one for a slideshow issue on OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
