Gameloft has released GT Racing 2: The Real Car Experience version 1.2.0 with new tracks, new challenges, and the all-new and highly-exclusive W Motors Lykan HyperSport, a rare gem in the automotive industry, literally.

Featuring 420 diamonds encrusted into the front lights, the Lykan HyperSport is “the most exclusive car in the world, worth $3.4 million [€2.45 million]” according to Gameloft. Only seven of these elusive cars will be produced, and you get to test drive a virtual one in the game.

Players can win prizes from the new limited-time Team Battles, get Upgrades installed using Team Help, access advanced Team Management via the Social Hub in the Main Menu, chat in real time, and check their teams’ progress any time they want.

The interface has been redesigned with “smoother, slicker” menus, improved solo Campaign flow, and the ability to start from the spot where you stopped playing.

A reworked Platinum Series event is available (renamed "GT Challenge") and players are also getting some features based on their feedback. These changes include: a reworked Tokyo track, manual throttle during pre-race countdown, an option to disable dynamic camera, and an option to disable player nameplates. Download GT Racing 2 on any iDevice with iOS 6.0 (or newer) installed and enjoy!
