14 DAY TRIAL // Social networking platform Foursquare has been promoted to version 7.0 on iPhone and iPod touch, featuring a complete redesign and smarter algorithms.
Foursquare 7.0 has been redesigned from the ground up to match the look and feel of iOS 7, and it’s also “smarter, faster, and has a whole new look,” according to its creators.
The app now tells you what you need to know about a place you’re visiting for the first time, such as “the best thing to order or a money-saving special.” This works even with the app closed.
Every time you launch Foursquare on your iDevice, the app shows something new, in what the developers call a “shuffle” feature.
