Mozilla’s new Firefox 11 has reached its final phase, and while customers can already download and install the binary, the official release notes are yet to make an appearance.
In fact, Mozilla hasn’t made the release official at all. However, going by the change log for the latest Firefox beta, the new Firefox 11 should now be able to migrate your bookmarks, history, and cookies from Google Chrome, as well as to sync your add-ons across your computers when Sync is enabled.
The CSS text-size-adjust property should also be supported now, and users will be glad to find some redesigned media controls for HTML5 video.
Last, but certainly not least, Apple customers in particular are promised that Firefox notifications will now work properly with Growl 1.3 or later on the supported versions of Mac OS X.
