14 DAY TRIAL // Final Fantasy fans who’ve downloaded the Tactics installment released in 2012 now have a new update to install. The game is also on sale for a limited time.
If you’re wielding one of those fancy iDevices with Retina display, Square Enix has some great news for you. Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions version 1.2.0 now sports enhanced graphics for “high-resolution displays.”
According to the developers, “The speed of graphic drawing processes has been significantly improved.” The game also supports iCloud, meaning your progress will be seamlessly synced across the platforms you play FFT on.
The game is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad. It requires at least iOS 4.0 on small-screen devices, and iOS 4.2 on tablets.
