Facebook Inc. is rolling out a voice calling feature to UK customers using the company’s Messenger application on iPhones. Users can expect the feature to go live as early as today.

According to pocket-lint.com, Facebook is giving UK customers the heads-up that Facebook Messenger is getting voice calling on the iPhone. The feature has been available for United States and Canadian customers for months now.

The voice calling service uses Facebook’s own network and allows everyone to call others like they would on a normal phone, as long as they have the application installed.

Users who aren’t ready to take calls at a certain time will get a voice message that they can listen to whenever their hands are free.

The application is free for all iDevice models and requires iOS 5.0. Get it at the link below.
