Digital Performer 8.0.6 offers improved operation with multiple Core Audio devices on OS X Mavericks, and sounds can now be dragged and dropped in the mixer.
Only a handful of changes are Windows-only, such as support for Japanese text input, improved operation with drag and drop, window focus, instrument aux assignments, and the Movie window, as well as a fix for an issue where Digidesign Accel HD hardware wouldn't change the sample rate.
Avid users will be glad to see improved importing crossfades from OMF and AAF files, and some addressed issues related to Movies and Load. Scuffham S-Gear plugins are more compatible with the software now.
