14 DAY TRIAL // Great news for Mountain Lion users who employ Maintain’s Cocktail and have recently taken the plunge with OS X 10.8.5. The utility is now compatible with the new Mountain Lion version, and it has some adjacent improvements too.
OS X 10.8.5 was released to the public last week, and it didn’t take long to realize that it had some conflicts with Maintain’s Cocktail utility. The developers quickly repaired compatibility, and proceeded to address some issues.
Cocktail 6.8 resolves a variety of problems discovered in the previous release and makes major improvements to the Pilot scheduler.
Maintain says, “The scheduler will be automatically disabled after installing this update and have to be enabled manually.” The update further addresses some compatibility woes with new Firefox and Chrome releases.
