14 DAY TRIAL // Amazon has released Cloud Drive as a native application for desktop users on the Mac, enabling them to easily upload their iPhoto albums to Cloud Drive with a couple of clicks.
Cloud Drive desktop users can select the events they want to upload and the app will seamlessly upload photos for instant viewing on their other devices, such as Kindle Fire, or from any web browser on other computers.
To install Cloud Drive on your Mac, download the DMG file here, double click the downloaded disk image to mount, drag the Cloud Drive icon to the Applications folder, open the Applications folder and start Cloud Drive for Mac.
Just like with Apple’s iCloud, Amazon Cloud Drive offers 5GB of free storage with additional storage plans starting at £6 / €8 / $10 per year for 20 GB. You can use your storage to upload any kind of file, including photos, videos, documents etc.
