14 DAY TRIAL // The official 4shared iOS application has an all-new look and feel (something that sadly isn’t evidenced in the iTunes screenshots), and a new function that turns simple folders into playlists.
4shared is the perfect place for holding photos, videos, music, and other types of media. According to its creators, “This social-rich platform boasts an impressive media file database, full of current and soon-to-be favorite music, videos and pictures for you.”
A public search mode allows you to find content and collect it to your 4shared account. Users can allow people to see their photos, if they want.
Version 2.2.0 allegedly “has a fresh new look and feel,” but not if you go by the App Store screenshots. What you need to do is download 4shared Mobile 2.2.0 and see for yourself.
Also new, music files in one folder now act as a playlist. You also get Shuffle and Repeat modes with that. The rest of the update is made up of bug fixes.
