Mac users who perform maintenance on their systems using Cocktail have a new update to install. Cocktail 7.0.3 brings a truckload of fixes and tweaks, including support for Opera Next.

Opera Next users will be able to carry out maintenance with the new Cocktail 7.0.3 as the developers ensure compatibility. Opera 17 is also a go.

An issue where VoiceOver stopped working after clearing audio components cache is addressed, and the bug causing Cocktail to fail to restart or shut down the computer is gone now. Or at least that’s what the release notes say (no guarantees on my behalf).

The new version further adds support for es_419.lproj Spanish localizations, fixes a range of bugs discovered in the previous version, updates Automator actions and Help files, and includes various code tweaks under-the-hood. You can download Cocktail 7.0.3 on any Intel-based Mac running Mavericks.
