BBC Sport’s Home screen shows the top stories across the world with options to watch major sporting events live or stream on-demand highlights.
BBC Radio 5 is available live, and you can customize the app with your own favorite links, dedicated indexes for football, Formula 1, and Cricket, while the UK section includes Sochi Winter Olympics, World Cup 2014, and Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Other features include analysis, live scores, match stats, text commentaries, even a gossip column, and the ability to share stories via social networks.
Users will need a wireless connection to get the content. Both Wi-Fi and 3G are supported. BBC promises to add more new features in a future update. Download BBC Sport for iPad.
