14 DAY TRIAL // Audible Inc. is spoiling its audiobook fans with a brand new release of Audiobooks from Audible on iOS platforms, adding buttons for chapter-forward and chapter-backward, new notifications, BMW and Mini integration, and more.
Audiobooks from Audible version 2.0.4 lets you tap on the play bar to activate a couple of buttons that enable you to skip to the next and previous chapters with ease.
This goes great with another cool enhancement, which is car integration. BMW and Mini drivers can access Audible directly from their vehicle. This feature is compatible with iPhones only, says the developer.
News notifications are also included in the new version. “Our news section now alerts you when there are new items in your feed,” says Audible.
Some updates have been made to the sleep timer, accessibility module, and iTunes audio playback, while Whispersync has received a bunch of fixes. Audio content downloads should also work better now.
