After getting hit by a class action lawsuit involving in-app purchases, Apple has started displaying a notice with every application that includes additional purchasable functionality.

There have been countless stories where kids would rack up huge bills while tapping through the app store on their parents’ iDevices. Apple tried its best to refund everyone, but the situation had gotten to a point where something had to be done.

Sure enough, the Cupertino, California-based giant now warns people first-hand that some apps include in-app purchases. Examples can be found scattered all over the App Store.

The screenshot above shows what the sign looks like for one of the top grossing titles on the venue, Temple Run: Oz.

The warning is also displayed on the iOS version of the App Store, when users attempt to wirelessly download apps on their iPhones and iPads.
