Update includes “various improvements and performance enhancements”

If you rely on Apple’s dedicated iOS app for shopping at your local Apple Retail Store, you might want to check for a software update which brings some improvements.

Apple isn’t specific about the fixes it included in Apple Store 2.9.1, with the changelog only mentioning “various improvements and performance enhancements.”

However, for those of you who’ve been experiencing issues with the software, I’m sure the update is more than welcome.

If you’re not very familiar with the Apple Store app, it’s a dedicated tool to search and buy products from Apple. You can use it to order a Mac on the go and then visit the store to pick it up, as well as view the status of current and previous orders.

It’s also “the easiest way to get a new iPhone — right from your current iPhone,” a tagline which I don’t care much for, personally.
