Support site gets overhaul making every listing more visible and accessible

Apple has been busy redesigning its web store this past week, but few people have noticed (or at least reported) that the Mac maker has also tweaked the interface of its Support site.

Namely, the Downloads section where you can now see the latest featured downloads in a more organized (grid-style) manner. You can select downloads-per-product more easily now, and once you select a title, a clean page appears featuring that single update / software release.

The descriptions for each release are cleaner and more visible. Take, for instance, AirPort Utility 6.3.1 for Mac.

The same goes for the download button, which now stands right in the middle of the page, underneath the title (and right next to the icon of the respective app / service).

The main Downloads section also features some helpful links at the bottom, such as pathways to the Mac and iOS App Stores, third-party downloads (including extensions), and even older downloads for software released prior to 1998 in the US and worldwide.
