Apple has had some early issues with iCloud, the new web-based suite of services offered as a free component of OS X Lion and iOS 5. The problems appear to be resolved now, with the iCloud status page saying “all services are online” now.

Earlier today, Apple acknowledged that “Calendar invitations sent to email addresses not associated with an iCloud account may not have been delivered.”

According to the iCloud system status page, those who were affected may need to re-add invitees to events created during 10/13/2011 21:15 PDT - 10/14/2011 02:30 PDT.

As of now, however, normal service has been restored. In usual Apple manner, the company regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers. Other, rather predictable troubles were experienced since October 12 when iCloud went online. Surely Apple will be ironing out all the bugs one by one.

Have you had any bad experience with iCloud so far?
